We value transparency with our customers and therefore inform you that we do not accept exchanges or returns of products purchased in our store.
Important information:
All our products are shipped exactly as described at the time of purchase and undergo rigorous quality control before shipping.
We recommend that the customer carefully checks all product information (model, size, color, compatibility, etc.) before completing the purchase.
Products with manufacturing defects:
Although we do not carry out exchanges or returns due to regret or dissatisfaction, in cases exclusively of manufacturing defects, the customer may contact our team, who will carry out a technical assessment of the situation.
Note: The defect will be checked by our department and any solutions will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with legal guarantees.
Cancellation by right of withdrawal (online purchases)
Under the Consumer Protection Code, the customer may request the cancellation of the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, exclusively for purchases made online. The request must be made by email within the legal deadline.
Wavy reserves the right not to cover shipping costs for returns or cancellations, except in cases provided for by law.
