Delivery time

Note: If there are delays at customs and the order is held in (Portugal), this period will not be counted towards the delivery time.

In case of delay
If the delivery deadline is exceeded, we recommend that you contact CTT or the responsible carrier to clarify the reason for the delay.

If CTT does not have any information about your order, please contact us immediately so that we can check the situation with our suppliers.
